  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, lemon zest, and juice.
  3. Pat the lamb chops dry with kitchen paper. Coat them evenly with the marinade mixture.
  4. Place the lamb chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 6 minutes on one side.
  5. Flip the lamb chops and cook for another 6-8 minutes until they reach your desired doneness.
  6. Remove the lamb chops and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. This helps retain juices.
