Ingredients
- 8.0 unit Lamb Chops (Choose medium thickness cuts)
- 2.0 tbsp Olive Oil (Extra virgin for best flavour)
- 3.0 unit Garlic Cloves (Finely minced)
- 2.0 tsp Rosemary (Fresh, finely chopped)
- 1.0 tsp Thyme (Fresh, finely chopped)
- 1.0 tsp Salt (To taste)
- 1.0 tsp Black Pepper (Freshly ground)
- 1.0 unit Lemon (Zested and juiced)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, lemon zest, and juice.
- Pat the lamb chops dry with kitchen paper. Coat them evenly with the marinade mixture.
- Place the lamb chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 6 minutes on one side.
- Flip the lamb chops and cook for another 6-8 minutes until they reach your desired doneness.
- Remove the lamb chops and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. This helps retain juices.
