  2. Place the dried seaweed sheets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush each seaweed sheet lightly with sesame oil, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and a small amount of sugar over the oiled seaweed sheets, if using.
  5. Top with sesame seeds for added flavour and texture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the seaweed is crispy and slightly golden around the edges.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
