Ingredients
- 4.0 unit dried seaweed sheets (Nori works well)
- 15.0 ml sesame oil (For brushing)
- 5.0 g sesame seeds (Optional, for topping)
- 1.0 pinch salt (Adjust to taste)
- 2.0 g sugar (Optional, for a hint of sweetness)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (302°F).
- Place the dried seaweed sheets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush each seaweed sheet lightly with sesame oil, ensuring even coverage.
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt and a small amount of sugar over the oiled seaweed sheets, if using.
- Top with sesame seeds for added flavour and texture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the seaweed is crispy and slightly golden around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
