Vanilla Sugar French Toast
i want something sweet but i only have four eggs vanila suggar

Ingredients
- 4.0 unit eggs
- 2.0 tbsp vanilla sugar (Adjust to taste)
- 200.0 ml milk (Any type of milk works)
- 8.0 unit bread slices (Preferably slightly stale)
- 30.0 g butter (For frying)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla sugar until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a small portion of the butter to melt.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side.
- Once the butter is sizzling, place the soaked bread slices in the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and slightly crisp.
- Repeat with the remaining bread, adding more butter to the pan as needed.
- Serve immediately, sprinkled with a little extra vanilla sugar or your favourite toppings.
